MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Job Responsibilities:

  • Contact Guest regarding the pick up time via whatsapp, Email/Call.
  • Save numbers in phone Android/iPhone.
  • Coordinate with drivers for City Tour/Safari for pickup.
  • Contact guest and update missing locations or support them.
  • Taking inbound calls and provides customer support & help resolve queries.
  • Provide quick and effective resolution to the customer's queries.
  • Above all should have very good knowledge in English (Verbal) as the designated person will be handling western customers.

Key Skills:

  • Good customer handling skills.
  • Good communications skills.
  • Should have good writing skill.
  • Should be from travel & tourism industry.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Experience: 1 to 3

Age: 25 to 30
