Your drive begins in an AC vehicle to Abu Dhabi, which is about 178 KM away from Dubai (approx. 01:45 hours). Enjoy the ride while listening to your tour guide’s stories about one of the richest cities in the world. Once you reach the destination, start with a visit to one of the top Abu Dhabi attractions - the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque. One of the biggest mosques in the world, which accommodates some 40,000 worshipers inside its walls, this Mosque showcases the cultural diversity of the Islamic world. It’s an expression of a visionary leader who believed that nothing is impossible and the most gracious achievements start from the very heart.
Then we will drive down to the city’s Corniche, an eight-kilometer long pristine waterfront which has been awarded coveted Blue-flag status, a guarantee for clean and safe bathing water. Next, pass by the glamorous Emirates Palace. It has got 302 rooms and 92 suites, with many furnished in gold and marble! Then take a look from the other side at the adjacent luxurious Presidential Palace. Proceed further for another photo-stop at a landmark Abu Dhabi structure, the Etihad Towers, which is more famously known as the Skyscraper in “Fast & Furious 7” movie. Watch how five elegant towers stand together, giving wonderful views to onlookers!
Our Abu Dhabi tour from Dubai continues as we take a quick look of the Emirate’s history at the UAE Heritage Village. Traditional sides of the desert way of life, including a camp with coffee pots, a tent goats’ hair, and the falaj system, are displayed in the open area museum. There you may visit the Abu Dhabi Museum that’s located inside the Heritage Village. In this campus you will also come across various craftsmen exhibiting time-tested native skills. Soon it’ll be time for a one-hour break. Re-energize yourselves after all those visits with a tasty lunch at the Heritage Village Resort, or, at the Marina Mall (at your own expenses; unless otherwise you’ve availed the lunch option with advance payment).
Then visit the Sheikh Zayed Centre (closed on Fridays & Saturdays) adjoining the Heritage Village - a ‘must not miss’ in your things to do in Abu Dhabi. There, get familiarized with the exemplarily life of the late UAE ruler, HH Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, the Father of UAE Nation. It was his vision that united the Seven Emirates and turned the country into a global power. We will now be going more into the old-world Abu Dhabi with a visit to the Dates Market, which is located inside the historic fruit and vegetable market at Port Zayed in Abu Dhabi. Hardly in any other marketplace you will find such a wide range of Middle Eastern Date Fruits... As you walk along numerous shops of dried fruits and dates, you may also stop in between to taste a few.
Finally, before our return, we shall have a taste of the city’s newer attractions as we take you for a photo session at the man-made structural beauty, Yas Island. Once you finish the tour in Abu Dhabi you will be driven back to your selected location or hotel.

As a frequent visitor of Dubai, decided to do something different and I planned to spend one day at the Capital city of UAE – Abu Dhabi. Very soon, I have started to search Abu Dhabi tours & operators, luckily contacted ocean air travels. I told my desires, they suggested an itinerary, it had the entire element that I looked for. So I have gone with the same. Visited major landmarks - Sheikh Zayed Mosque, Sheikh Zayed center, heritage village, corniche area, and sightsee many other destinations too. Ocean air travels offered a very good day at Abu Dhabi. Keep it up.

I had a teacher in my school days. She inspired me to pack up my bags and travel to new places. Listening to her, I grew up. And when I was in college, I set off for my first trip, and from then I travel when I am sad, happy, confused so on. To explore the planet, my soul, to see and know the world better, my goals were many and I say these helped me a lot. I manage my work and my passion and with God’s grace I got an understanding management. My company is very concerned about the emotional/psychological needs of their employees. They provide us many facilities to keep us in good spirits as that is vital for best performance. This new year, when our company asked our team which place we want to spend our vacation, we all said UAE. We opted this place because it’s new year and everyone should be able to come along. So we didn’t want to go far. We wanted to see places, chit chat and have good food. Since all of us were ok with Abu Dhabi - for a change as we did quite a few Dubai trips, they contacted OceanAir travels and we all went to UAE. Our new year was a blast as we travelled around Abu Dhabi, saw many amazing places and ate yummy food!! Thanks to our team, and of course OceanAir guide!!! Happy New Year to All

The trip was properly planned because the outing was gone smoothly without delays. The first destination was the Sheikh Zayed Mosque, this one destination visit alone worth the money I have spent for this trip. After that visit my mind got refreshed. I think it is more than a place of worship. Then we have gone to the corniche area, there I got the beautiful views of beach and buildings and shot in my cam. Heritage village visit was good but it was more informative. Felt like I’m in another world. The setting, objects, tents, all things was too old. It was my first visit to Abu Dhabi but this trip offered great moments to recall for years.

One of the biggest items on my travel ‘to do’ list was to visit Abu Dhabi. I have heard people say that leaving the capital city without visiting Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque is worthless. Never before I had entered in a mosque, and it seems so fantastic now that my very first sight is one of the most famous mosques in the world. It was not just its architecture awed me but the fact that mosque invites all irrespective of religion. Massive chandelier and large carpet in the main prayer hall are something to behold. If you like history, then you must visit heritage center. But even if you are not a history buff, you will start loving it with this visit. I was pretty much wondered as we passed by Etihad towers, Emirates palace and presidential palace. Seeing the life of great UAE leader close and in person at the Sheikh Zayed Center shed me some new light. We had very little time at dates market and so many collections of dates to see there!

For those who want to enjoy some unique things, I think no city can be better than Abu Dhabi. We began our tour of the city with the beautiful Grand Mosque. Though there is something unique and spectacular in every turn of this Mosque, the most enchanting part was its large Chandelier. We were fascinated by the fact that this structure is one of the most beautiful mosques in the world. We were mesmerized with the peaceful ambience of the Corniche. We definitely want to head back here again, as the place is so immaculate. We had the good fortune of seeing the Emirates palace and Etihad towers. Also we got some amazing view of Presidential Palace. I loved the visit to the heritage village, while the city has been developed for years, we could trace out its old life from there. Had a nice time in the dates market as well.
